I don’t usually post about what I watch on YouTube, but I've been watching a crazy amount of YouTube this year, and I just wanted to share the ones I’ve been enjoying lately. And no, not all of them are book-related.
Home Stuff ( i.e. home Reno)
Ariel Bissett started off as a booktuber, but for the past few years her channel has mainly been about her fixing her old house. Canadian
Jenna Phipps is a Canadian who purchased an abandoned home and is fixing it.
I started watching this one a few months ago, and I've been hooked ever since.
Tia Weston does home renovations and is currently renovating her $1 house. She has a lot of renovation videos and some solo camping/van life videos. I've mostly only watched her $1 house videos.
Outdoors things
Madison Clysdale is a Canadian who does camping and other outdoorsy things. She recently bought a remote cabin.
Cooking
Acre Homestead is one of my favourite cooking channels. Becky does a lot of recipes from scratch.
Mandy In The Making has been one of my go-to channel for recipe ideas. I have been watching her videos since 2020.
Laura In The Kitchen is another one of my favourite channels that I have been watching in 2020. I have made a bunch of recipes that she has shared.
Bookish Channels
I do read a few different genres of books so I have a big variety of Booktube channels that I watch . I do subscribe to a lot, but I will just post the ones I have been enjoying.
PeaceLoveBooksxo is one that I have been watching for a very long time. Jessica mostly reads romance.
Books With Emily Fox - I have been watching her video on and off throughout the years. She reads a wide variety of different genre.
Bookish Dad Reads- I just recently subscribed to his channel. He reads a wide variety of books.
Reading Category Romance (AKA The Bookish Knitter)- Sarah mostly read category romance books (i.e. Harlequin/Mills & Boon) but she sometimes read other books.
BookNest is another channel I have been watching over the years.
Becca And The Books is one of my favourites, and I have been watching for years
Gavin Reads It All is a favourite as well, and I have been watching for years.
Ambience
When I read, blog, play iPad games, and such, I will have ambience videos on the TV.
